Viking Axe Pro (2023) (Black)

The Viking Axe Pro Valknut for 2023 features a new technology and new colorway! The Viking Axe paddles (three in this series) are designed with the maneuverability of the Viking O-Zone paddles and a larger sweet spot and stable feel like the Re-Ignite series. With a head size of 88.9 square inches, the Axe paddle is a "large mid size" or "small oversize", depending how you want to see it.

The Viking AXE PRO is designed for a more advanced player who can control the ball as it deflects more quickly off this paddle’s face. The Pro model is great for a faster paced game or a player who simply likes a bit more plow-thru at impact, although none of the Axe models are very heavy in the head. Its extra long grip (a feature of every member of the AXE family) is great for two-handed play as it allows players more space for their hands on the handle.

This new Valknut version features Viking's CFS2 "Carbon Fiber Stability System" technology promising an optimal blend of control, power, maneuverability, and whippy feel for enhanced paddle head speed. The CFS2 softens the response at impact and stability and maneuverability coexist seamlessly. With CFS2, a Carbon fiber weave wraps the entire throat of the paddle, giving it added stability and increased shock reduction without adding any weight.
