The Aer-Flo Tuffy windscreen's super tough fabric contains 50% more micro-fibers woven into it than conventional windscreens. The thread is a high heat bonded polyester with UV inhibitors built into yarn. It is sun resistant, virtually tear-proof, and has high puncture resistance. The "Lock Stitch" finish ensures that the sides and corners do not unravel. 9' screens are prayer seamed with RF weld and one row of Black UV treated Lock-Stitched thread at center of screen (4 1/2') with grommets every 12". RF welding takes the place of any reinforcing tapes, providing a stronger seam.
The Tuffy windscreen can also be custom imprinted with your personal logo! Chroma-Bond Imprinting is more scuff resistant and sunlight-fade resistant than other digital imaging, plus it can reproduce detailed logos with great accuracy.
